Unitama Sari Mas is seeking a high-caliber Group Department Head (Production & Engineering) to spearhead our production operations and engineering initiatives in Tangerang. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing lifecycle, driving operational efficiency, ensuring top-tier quality standards, and championing a culture of industrial safety.
The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams to hit production targets while implementing lean manufacturing principles. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing engineering processes, reducing downtime, and scaling production capabilities to meet the growing demands of our business. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the end-to-end production and engineering operations to ensure all output targets are met with high efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies to optimize machine utilization and labor productivity.
- Manage the maintenance and engineering departments to minimize equipment downtime through proactive preventative maintenance programs.
- Oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure every product meets our stringent brand standards.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget, including CAPEX planning and operational cost monitoring.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement departments to streamline material flow and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/MT) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or head-of-department capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven expertise in production planning, maintenance management, and facility engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for professional business communication.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
