As a Group Leader, you will serve as the bridge between management strategy and floor execution. You will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and instructing our Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring that all logistics processes are streamlined, safety-compliant, and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure targets are met with maximum efficiency.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Team Leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety standards, operational protocols, and KPIs.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments in both English and Indonesian.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic training.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logistical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (min 3 years).
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a contract-based operational cycle.
