Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all technical engineering, facilities management, and support services across multiple healthcare operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage and optimize the performance of all medical equipment, building infrastructure, and utilities, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical engineers, facilities staff, and support personnel.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects, renovation works, and infrastructure upgrades on time and within budget.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecast resource needs, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Establish and maintain robust safety management systems, conduct regular audits, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations, energy management, and sustainability efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in technical engineering and facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or group management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in managing complex building systems, medical equipment maintenance, and critical infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant Malaysian regulatory requirements, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, BOMBA), and healthcare accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and financial oversight of capital projects. PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse technical workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.
