Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling services to address academic, personal, and social concerns
- Conduct career assessments and guidance to help students explore educational and vocational pathways
- Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops on topics such as stress management, study skills, and college preparation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success and address behavioral issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation of counseling sessions
- Identify at-risk students and implement intervention strategies to provide appropriate support
- Stay current with educational trends, counseling techniques, and mental health resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred
- Valid professional license as a Guidance Counselor in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of adolescent development, educational psychology, and counseling methodologies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion
- Proficiency in using counseling software and maintaining digital student records
