In this pivotal role, you will serve as a cornerstone of our support system, providing academic, social, and emotional guidance to students. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs that address the academic, personal, and social needs of students.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support student mental health and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify students requiring academic intervention or specialized support.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars for students regarding career planning, life skills, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with school policies and privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and developmental strategies.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to foster a positive and nurturing school culture.
- Stay updated with the latest pedagogical research and counseling practices to ensure best-in-class support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an educational or school counseling setting.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent developmental psychology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Passion for holistic education and a commitment to the mission of BINUS SCHOOL.
- Professional certification in counseling is a significant advantage.
