Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and multimedia resources to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Create an immersive classroom environment that emphasizes both spoken fluency and character literacy.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they align with modern pedagogical standards.
- Organize cultural activities or workshops to broaden students' perspectives on Chinese culture and language.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to foster a positive school community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private tutoring or language center setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 certification is a significant advantage).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication with students and parents.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Passionate about education and culturally sensitive to the needs of diverse learners.
- Professional, patient, and able to motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to work full-time in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
