Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and adjust filling and packaging machines to ensure production efficiency and output targets are met.
- Execute precise formulation processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine machine inspections, basic preventative maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production cycle, ensuring all finished goods meet Bayer’s stringent quality criteria.
- Maintain accurate and timely production documentation and logbooks as required by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Coordinate closely with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical anomalies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating production machinery, preferably in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety (HSE) standards.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/technical issues in a production line setting.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, flowcharts, and production schedules.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting and production monitoring systems.
