About the Role:
This full-time position is based in the heart of Macpherson, Central Region. You will be a vital part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service and artistic excellence every day.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Perform precise hair cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and styling services according to client requests and salon standards.
- Execute chemical treatments including perms, relaxers, and smoothing treatments safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service, retail product recommendations, and follow-ups.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations by participating in training sessions.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize client wait times.
- Assist in maintaining salon inventory, including retail products and back-bar supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Professional Certification in Cosmetology/Hair Styling from a recognized institution.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Hairstylist in a professional salon environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of hair types, scalp conditions, and product ingredients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced setting.
