In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through our educational programs and helping them achieve their academic goals. As a Course Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying new leads, nurturing relationships, and converting inquiries into enrolled students. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to discuss educational opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about course curriculums, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Organize and participate in campus events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
