- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to visualize key HR metrics and trends
- Conduct in-depth people analytics to identify patterns and provide actionable insights
- Support management decision-making through data-driven HR strategies and recommendations
- Analyze workforce data to forecast talent needs and identify skill gaps
- Collaborate with HR teams to align analytics with organizational goals
- Design and implement HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and HR analytics software
- Experience with HR information systems and HR data visualization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and industry benchmarks
