BSN is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Automobile Financing to lead our business strategy in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire automobile financing portfolio, ensuring market competitiveness, and delivering exceptional financial solutions to our customers.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the bank's auto-finance roadmap, managing key stakeholder relationships, and navigating the evolving landscape of digital banking and consumer lending. We are looking for a visionary leader who can mentor high-performing teams, optimize operational efficiency, and drive sustainable revenue growth in a dynamic financial market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to grow the automobile financing market share.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to market deployment and performance monitoring.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance departments to ensure credit policies are robust and regulatory requirements are met.
- Strengthen relationships with key automotive dealers, partners, and stakeholders to expand distribution channels.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the auto-financing product suite to enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in consumer lending, specifically in automobile financing or hire purchase.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in managing large, cross-functional teams within a banking environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements and credit risk frameworks within the Malaysian banking industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market insights.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing dealer relationships and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
