Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement specialized curricula for students with autism spectrum disorders
- Lead and mentor teaching staff through professional development programs
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Foster partnerships with parents, therapists, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with national education regulations and safety standards
- Drive enrollment strategies and marketing initiatives
- Oversee student assessment programs and individualized education plans
- Coordinate with Matahati Autism Clinic Centre's therapy teams
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education/Special Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in special education leadership
- Certification in autism spectrum disorder education
- Proven track record in curriculum development for special needs students
- Strong financial management and school administration skills
- Experience with Indonesian national education curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka)
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Empathy and dedication to inclusive education principles
