Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to grow the Academy's market presence.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative educational and training programs.
- Manage end-to-end P&L operations for the academy business unit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for program expansion.
- Oversee departmental performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in educational management, corporate training, or academic leadership.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical concepts, learning design, and training implementation.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth in an educational context.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to measure KPIs and business performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based capacity with high autonomy.
