Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial reporting activities, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage cash flow operations to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability
- Handle tax compliance, planning, and optimization for manufacturing furniture operations
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax management
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably furniture sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
