Yafindo Global Investment is seeking a high-caliber Head of Admin (Operation Supervisor) to oversee our administrative functions in Sumatera Barat. This is a critical leadership role designed for an individual who excels at streamlining workflows, managing cross-departmental operations, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
As the Head of Admin, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that every administrative process aligns with our logistics and distribution goals. You will supervise administrative staff, optimize resource allocation, and provide actionable reporting to the management team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless business continuity across all departments.
- Manage and mentor the administrative team to ensure high performance and strict compliance with operational standards.
- Develop and implement efficient office protocols, documentation systems, and reporting structures.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure that all internal policies and regulatory requirements are met within the distribution framework.
- Optimize administrative budget management and procurement processes for office and operational supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), and digital office management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
