Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute branch business plans to achieve annual revenue and operational efficiency targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics coordination, facility management, and supply chain oversight.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance market presence.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards in transport and manufacturing.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Oversee branch budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in branch management or senior operations leadership, ideally within the logistics or manufacturing industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to business challenges.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Semarang and Central Java.
