Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure high performance.
- Manage branch financial performance, including budget preparation, cost control, and revenue tracking.
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets through strategic planning and business development.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, ISO protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory management of laboratory equipment and reagents.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align branch strategies with corporate goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Proven track record in financial management and sales strategy within a scientific or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
- Valid Indonesian citizenship and residency in Surabaya.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
