Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the explosives warehouse, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Implement and enforce rigorous inventory control procedures to track stock levels, expiration dates, and compliance with storage regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a culture of safety, discipline, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and transport teams to ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials to authorized sites.
- Manage all administrative documentation related to permits, licenses, and safety reports in compliance with local laws.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare the team for critical situations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid Explosives Handling Certificate (Sertifikat Pemegang Amunisi) and a clean criminal record.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, specifically handling hazardous materials or explosives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian safety standards (TOM & TAT) and international chemical handling guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.
