Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive import strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and lead a team of import specialists and coordinators
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Monitor and analyze import performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle complex import documentation and ensure accuracy
- Stay updated on changes in trade policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in import/export operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Proven experience managing import teams and driving process improvements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in import documentation systems and customs clearance procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
