Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for precision manufacturing and operational excellence? PT Universal Bahtera Indo is seeking a dynamic Head of Injection Molding to spearhead our production division in Kosambi, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our injection molding operations, ensuring optimal machine performance, product quality, and cost efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety and high performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-volume production schedules, and implement innovative engineering solutions to keep us at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of injection molding operations, including daily production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) to increase OEE and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure stringent quality control standards are met for all plastic components and molded products.
- Develop and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professional growth.
- Manage machine maintenance schedules, tooling requirements, and capital equipment investments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments to streamline raw material usage and logistics.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track operational health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in injection molding, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth technical knowledge of injection molding machines (tonnage variations), mold design, material properties (resins/polymers), and processing parameters.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations in Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex machine failures.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficient English to facilitate communication across organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols (ISO standards, K3) and environmental regulations.
