Royal Inti Mandiri Abadi is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Head of Logistics (Kepala Gudang) to join our team in Banyuwangi. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory accuracy, supply chain flow, and team performance meet our high standards of efficiency.
As the Head of Logistics, you will oversee the end-to-end management of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for streamlining logistics processes, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all goods are handled with precision. We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate warehouse staff, implement effective stock control measures, and provide clear reporting to management regarding operational status.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Inventory Management Control protocols to minimize discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and generate accurate inventory reports for management review.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve picking, packing, and loading efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and transport teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and occupational health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to manage inventory software and conduct precise stock reconciliation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on a contract basis as required by business needs.
