Young Industry Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Maintenance to lead our engineering and maintenance department in Cileungsi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational reliability of our facility, optimizing maintenance systems, and ensuring that our engineering processes align with high-volume production targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team to ensure operational excellence and high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Optimize maintenance workflows to improve machine reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage the department budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement of necessary technical components.
- Collaborate closely with production managers to align maintenance activities with production schedules and factory output goals.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the facility.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, resolve recurring technical issues, and implement permanent solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management or engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in PLC, automation, and industrial machine maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Kaizen, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Experience in managing industrial facilities and utility systems (HVAC, compressors, electrical distribution).
