BaliSuperHost is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Maintenance to oversee the technical operations and facility management of our properties in the heart of Ubud, Bali. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our facilities, maintaining high standards of guest comfort, and leading a dedicated team of technicians. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all properties.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional maintenance team to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, including procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, safety audits, and preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs, renovations, and emergency maintenance.
- Drive energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all technical documentation, work orders, and inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facility management, engineering, or technical operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proven track record of managing maintenance budgets and overseeing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., ACMA, Facility Management Diploma) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
