Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's growth and expansion goals.
- Oversee quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards across all manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Streamline workflows and optimize resources to reduce costs and improve overall turnaround times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to executive management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics, manufacturing, and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
