Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Optimize distribution processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Implement and maintain operational safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production departments for seamless workflow
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse automation
- Develop annual operational budgets and monitor expenditure
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within warehouse/logistics operations
- Proven experience in supply chain management and distribution optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Expertise in implementing ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Proficiency in operational metrics and performance analysis
