As the Head of Operations, you will be the backbone of our execution, responsible for scaling our logistics, managing vendor relationships, and driving performance across our Jakarta Timur operations. You will translate our strategic vision into actionable daily workflows to maintain our position as the #1 Korean Street Food provider.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize store efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and operational KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor store management teams to ensure consistent brand quality and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline logistics and minimize waste across all locations.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local labor regulations.
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Proven track record in managing supply chain, logistics, and multi-unit retail operations.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and operational software.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
