PT TRIO RASA MAS is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Head of Packing Maintenance to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Cianjur. In this strategic leadership role, you will be the backbone of our packaging operations, ensuring that our production lines run at peak efficiency with minimal downtime. You will lead a dedicated maintenance team, overseeing the lifecycle of our complex packing machinery through rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all packing and production machinery.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely execution of corrective repairs and routine servicing.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, reduce downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure critical components are available when needed.
- Direct the installation and commissioning of new packaging equipment as the production line expands.
- Enforce strict Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards across all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to align maintenance schedules with production targets and output requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in machine maintenance, specifically within a food or beverage packaging manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting PLC-controlled automated packaging machines.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS) and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under high-pressure production environments.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat.
