Panca Prima Maju Bersama is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of PPIC to lead our production planning and inventory control operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring that our inventory levels support operational efficiency without compromising capital liquidity.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the leadership skills necessary to drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to synchronize operational efforts, reduce lead times, and maintain high standards of service excellence in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Supervise the end-to-end PPIC process, including raw material procurement planning, production scheduling, and finished goods management.
- Lead and mentor the planning team to improve accuracy in demand forecasting and inventory turnover ratios.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for process efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product availability and lead time communication.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and robust warehouse management practices.
- Manage vendor lead-time performance and coordinate with the supply chain team to mitigate stock-out risks.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on inventory health, production output, and capacity utilization for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in PPIC or Supply Chain, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep knowledge of production planning methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
