Gojek is looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Procurement to lead our procurement operations in Jakarta. As a cornerstone of our operational efficiency, you will define the roadmap for end-to-end procurement processes, driving cost optimization, vendor relationship management, and sustainable supply chain practices across our regional business units.
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with cross-functional executive stakeholders to ensure our procurement strategy aligns with Gojekās fast-paced growth and technological innovation. You will be responsible for building a world-class procurement function that balances speed, quality, and fiscal responsibility, ensuring the company remains agile in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that support the long-term growth and operational needs of Gojek.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement cycles, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance bottom-line performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value is maximized.
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights for demand planning and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale procurement operations within the tech, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.
- Expert negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and procurement technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
