Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in manufacturing
- Expertise in packaging procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience with proven team management skills
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems
