As Head of Production, you'll oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery. - Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies aligned with company goals and market demands
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the end-to-end production process for our bag collection
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to ensure product alignment
- Manage production budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in end-to-end production management, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or leather goods industry
- Strong expertise in vendor management, supply chain operations, and production optimization
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
