Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee all production activities to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are met.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize machine uptime and labor utilization.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process to minimize defects.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
- Monitor and manage production costs, including material usage and wastage reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of operators.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management systems.
- Solid understanding of technical manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Relevant certification in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage.
