We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of PMO (Project Management Office) to join our executive leadership team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic bridge between executive vision and tactical execution, driving our digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-stakes technology initiatives.
As the PMO lead, you will define the standards for project governance, resource allocation, and portfolio management. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and high-performance within our engineering and product organizations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO strategy that aligns with long-term business goals in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards for executive stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing project management and engineering teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement through lean and agile methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships to ensure high-quality software and hardware integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in project management, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role within a tech-focused environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and risk management.
