Polymindo Permata is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Quality Control to lead our quality management operations in Tangerang. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of manufacturing excellence, ensuring that our products consistently meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
As the Head of Quality Control, you will oversee both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational precision. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between production efficiency and quality integrity, utilizing data-driven insights to refine our laboratory testing, sampling protocols, and overall inspection lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams, implement advanced quality methodologies, and ensure that our facility remains at the forefront of the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Provide visionary leadership to the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams, mentoring staff to achieve peak performance.
- Oversee rigorous laboratory testing, sampling methodologies, and inspection protocols for all production lines.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and data to identify root causes of non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering departments to optimize manufacturing processes without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant industry regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements.
- Report directly to senior management regarding quality audit results, departmental KPIs, and long-term quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leadership, managing medium-to-large teams within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment, inspection techniques, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality software (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing methodologies).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
