CitraDimensi Arthali is seeking a visionary Head of Quality Management to lead our quality assurance initiatives. This pivotal role requires developing and implementing robust systems and procedures that maintain our products at the highest industry standards. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee quality control processes, and ensure compliance with international regulations while fostering a culture of excellence across all operational levels.
As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing production workflows, reducing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction through consistent product quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Lead quality audits and inspections across production facilities and supply chain
- Establish KPIs for quality metrics and monitor performance dashboards
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train and mentor quality assurance teams on best practices and protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified in ISO 9001, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent quality frameworks
- Proven track record in manufacturing or logistics quality optimization
- Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, root cause analysis)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
