The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Head of Risk and Compliance to lead our risk management and compliance functions in Indonesia. This senior executive role is pivotal in protecting the company's assets and reputation while ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations. You will report directly to the Country President and work closely with regional teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures in alignment with Chubb’s global standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead the compliance function, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes of conduct, including OJK regulations.
- Conduct continuous risk assessments and reporting to the Board of Directors and senior management on key risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, acting as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters.
- Drive a proactive risk culture by designing and delivering training programs, awareness campaigns, and promoting ethical decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee the monitoring of emerging risks, including regulatory changes, economic trends, and cybersecurity threats, and adapt the risk strategy accordingly.
- Manage and mentor the risk and compliance team, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring professional development.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage findings, and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CRMP, FRM, CIA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within the financial services industry, specifically in insurance.
- Proven experience at a senior leadership level, with a strong track record of managing complex risk and compliance programs.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian financial services regulations, particularly OJK, BI, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and accountability, with the ability to challenge the business constructively.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and regulatory negotiations.
