This pivotal role requires you to develop and implement robust Shariah risk frameworks that align with global Islamic finance standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll lead strategic initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate Shariah risks across all banking operations, fostering a culture of ethical governance and innovation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design Shariah-compliant products and services, while maintaining proactive engagement with regulatory bodies and Shariah advisory councils. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Shariah risk management policies and frameworks
- Lead Shariah review and approval processes for new financial products and services
- Conduct regular Shariah risk assessments and mitigation strategy development
- Oversee Shariah compliance monitoring across all banking operations
- Act as primary liaison between organization and Shariah Advisory Council
- Provide Shariah governance training to staff and stakeholders
- Prepare periodic Shariah risk reports for executive leadership and regulators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Shariah, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Islamic banking and finance
- 5+ years in senior Shariah risk management or compliance leadership
- In-depth knowledge of Shariah principles and regulatory requirements
- Professional certification in Shariah compliance (e.g., CISA, CFA) preferred
- Experience engaging with Shariah Advisory Councils
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
