- Develop and execute comprehensive student engagement programs and campus-wide initiatives
- Lead crisis intervention protocols and ensure campus safety compliance
- Oversee student conduct processes, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage student housing, wellness services, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with academic departments on retention strategies and student success
- Supervise student affairs staff and provide mentorship for professional development
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across campus
- Analyze student feedback data to improve service delivery and program effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Student Development, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in student affairs administration with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in developing student retention programs and campus policies
- Strong budget management and resource allocation skills
- Expertise in crisis management and student conduct administration
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine higher education regulations and accreditation standards
- Certification in Student Affairs Administration (preferred)
