Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire warehouse team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Oversee daily operations including inbound receiving, inventory storage, and outbound dispatch.
- Develop and implement robust inventory control systems to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational speed.
- Maintain and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Analyze warehouse data and KPIs to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and technology systems.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Head of Logistics, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a large team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Physical stamina and a hands-on approach to warehouse leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
