Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of FMCG products
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff through effective training and performance management
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse budget and resources efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and safety standards
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
