Tins Jaya Abadi is a dynamic manufacturing company committed to operational excellence and timely delivery. We are currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of PPIC to lead our production planning and inventory control functions. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our production processes align perfectly with customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
As the Head of PPIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production cycle, from raw material procurement planning to finished goods distribution. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and sales teams to eliminate bottlenecks, minimize waste, and improve overall lead times. If you are an analytical leader with a strong background in manufacturing logistics and a passion for process improvement, we would love to have you on our team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and material availability.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure zero stock-outs and minimize carrying costs.
- Analyze production capacity and resolve bottlenecks to meet organizational KPIs.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor and report on production progress, lead times, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the planning and execution stages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure environments.
- In-depth understanding of production scheduling methods and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
