PT LVI TECHNOLOGY NUSANTARA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Head Warehouse to oversee our daily logistics and inventory operations in Cipondoh. As the key leader in our warehouse department, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring stock accuracy, and optimizing the flow of goods from arrival to final dispatch.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end receipt, storage, and issuance of all inventory items.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy in physical inventory vs. system records.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards within the warehouse facility.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying potential shortages before they impact operations.
- Coordinate effectively with the procurement and distribution teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control best practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for inventory reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational background in Logistics or Management is a plus.
