Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory storage processes.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in stock records through regular cycle counts and stock-taking procedures.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance, safety, and productivity standards.
- Manage warehouse space effectively to optimize storage capacity and accessibility.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely material supply and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse warehouse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Capable of operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding manufacturing environment.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
