Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all academic and operational aspects of preschool activities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula aligned with educational standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching staff through performance evaluations and professional development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement activities
- Monitor children's progress and implement individualized learning plans
- Manage budget, resources, and facility maintenance
- Organize community events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preschool education leadership
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and Indonesian educational regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in educational administration or child safety management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record in staff management and curriculum development
- Experience with parent engagement and community relations
