Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultations to customers regarding health supplements, vitamins, and wellness products.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge to offer accurate health and lifestyle recommendations.
- Manage inventory and ensure that health products are correctly stocked, displayed, and priced according to Watsons standards.
- Drive sales performance by promoting seasonal health campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the health department is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve queries and build customer loyalty.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or related Sciences).
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical product information in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- A proactive, energetic, and customer-centric personality.
- Experience in retail or pharmacy settings is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
