In this role, you will be the face of our health department, providing professional advice to customers and helping them achieve their wellness goals through our wide range of high-quality products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional health and wellness consultations to customers regarding medication, supplements, and beauty care.
- Proactively promote health products and seasonal campaigns to meet store sales targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, monitoring expiration dates, and timely replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and store cleanliness according to Watsons' visual guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy and provide accurate information on product usage and contraindications.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and process customer transactions accurately.
- Participate in store training programs to stay updated on new product launches and health trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or Nursing are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- A genuine passion for health, beauty, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or the customer service sector is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help others improve their health and lifestyle.
