Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and security policies aligned with legal requirements and corporate standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead incident investigation processes, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure employees are properly trained in safety procedures and protocols
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental standards
- Provide safety training programs for employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety awareness
- Manage security protocols to protect company assets, information, and personnel
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging safety technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and security management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Experience developing and implementing safety management systems and emergency response plans
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct training programs and effectively communicate safety protocols to all employees
- Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools
