Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze and process insurance claims (cashless and reimbursement) with high accuracy.
  • Perform daily case monitoring to ensure timely claim resolution.
  • Coordinate effectively with medical providers and hospital staff regarding patient documentation.
  • Verify medical diagnostic reports and cross-reference with policy coverage terms.
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports on claim trends and status updates for management.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve disputes related to claim assessments professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related healthcare fields.
  • Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in health insurance claim analysis or medical administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and standard insurance claim procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for identifying inconsistencies in medical documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data reporting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
