Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and process insurance claims (cashless and reimbursement) with high accuracy.
- Perform daily case monitoring to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with medical providers and hospital staff regarding patient documentation.
- Verify medical diagnostic reports and cross-reference with policy coverage terms.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports on claim trends and status updates for management.
- Handle inquiries and resolve disputes related to claim assessments professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related healthcare fields.
- Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in health insurance claim analysis or medical administration.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and standard insurance claim procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for identifying inconsistencies in medical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
