Tanggung Jawab
- Operate PC 1250 excavator safely and efficiently during loading/unloading operations
- Strictly adhere to quality, safety, health, and environmental management protocols
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Monitor loading processes to ensure optimal efficiency and material handling accuracy
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (excavator specialization preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating PC 1250 or similar excavator models
- Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and environmental standards
- Ability to read and interpret operational manuals and technical drawings
- Physical fitness to work in various outdoor conditions and weather
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
