Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate hemodialysis machines to ensure proper functioning and patient safety.
- Prepare dialysis solutions and maintain sterile environments for all procedures.
- Assess and record patient vital signs before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Educate patients on dialysis therapy, dietary requirements, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment logs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address patient needs and improve outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Hemodialysis Technology, Nursing, or a related medical field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Hemodialysis Technician (PRC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of dialysis principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
